I offer long-term and short-term weekly counselling to individuals over 16.
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long.
If you think you'd like to work with me, then the first step is to get in touch by phone or email to arrange
an initial meeting. In this meeting, you’ll be invited to say a little more about your situation and your hopes for counselling.
If you decide it feels like a good fit, we can discuss how many sessions you'd like to arrange. I work for a minimum of 12 weeks, and offer longer-term therapy.
SERVICE DURING COVID-19:
Since the global pandemic, I have moved my face-to-face practice online and am working through zoom or on the phone. If you are interested in seeing me for therapy, you will need access to a private space where you will not be interrupted during our sessions.
